The Neriah Community Development Corporation is a community-based, non-profit organization established in 2001 to extend outreach efforts to the Greater Columbia community. Recognizing a spiritual mandate to improve the community, the members of the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church located in the Greater Columbia community authorized the establishment of the Neriah CDC.
The Neriah CDC, managed by a Board of Directors, is incorporated as a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt entity and registered with the South Carolina Secretary
of State. All programs and services of the Neriah CDC are supported by contributions from local businesses, corporations,foundations, and individuals. All programs are open and available to the public. The Neriah CDC office is located at 1908 Wilkinson Street, Cayce SC.
The Neriah CDC seeks to become a leader in the development of innovative programs and services that cut across a broad spectrum of neighborhoods, communities, and cultures. Although interested in a range of outreach efforts, the primary focus of the CDC is to build assets within the family, organizational and community levels of the Greater Columbia community.
